I am so saddened by the fact that a lot of Filipinos are trying to seek mental help naman, I am at the national center for mental health and I heard this old man say "babalik na lang ako kulang budget ko." He was just about to pay 120 pesos. Government, please do your thing.

I highly suggest you consult a medical professional, beh di ka mapapagaling ng mga advice ng pamilya at friends mo, you need medicines and therapy. Mental illness is a chemical imbalance. May sakit ka, parang lagnat. Kailangan ng gamot.

It is a common excuse for Filipinos to not get help kasi mahal. Private doctors cost around 1-3k. Pero sa NCMH you have 2 options, sa charity lane (mahaba pila) 100php ang consultation while sa pay lane (medyo private) 400php nirerenovate currently, so dito yung bldg muna

I swear, if you need meds, dito ka bumili. I have bipolar disorder and I take meds, Quetiapine, Lamotrigine and Xanor. Everyday, it costs around 250 if di sa ncmh bumili at walang PWD card. Yung Quetiapine, 108 pesos sa mercury drug, sa NCMH 46 pesos.

Guys it's called canned oxygen and it's meant for them to recover quickly especially in this heat so yes he can breathe but obviously, having a hard time , you can see how exhausted he is

as much as I want to say na nasa sa tao yun wala sa gear..nasa gear din minsan... I got this shot na nakababa ang camera ko tas nakita ko siya patalon sa peripheral vision haha, taas camera, click.. nagfocus. Kung yung dating camera ko to waley pafocus pa lang nakababa na siya.

For clarification: I don't have a doctor in NCMH (but yes I have tried the consultations) I only went there to buy my meds (YES YOU CAN! even if you are seeing another doctor from another hospital) I made this thread to spread the awareness that everyone can get help. 😀
