Cow's milk is more suitable for cows than human beings. Surely this is logical. Isn’t it? If you’re not a calf you really shouldn’t be relying on cow’s milk to improve your health. By the way, where do cows get calcium? From grass and plants not from milk. Follow their hint.

Day 3 #10thAfPS . We’re grateful to @akhstanzania team for giving us an educational tour of their pharmacy premises; inpatient, outpatient and oncology pharmacies. My highlight was the pneumatic tube system which delivers medications to the required wards on different floors.

We have approximately 1800 registered pharmacists in Uganda and WHO recommends a pharmacist:patient ratio of 1:200 With Uganda’s population of 48.4million as per 2022, this ratio is 1:24000 which is 12-fold the recommendation by WHO. This is a problem- @IsiikoJohn #UPSAinspires
