All sorts of $NVDA GPUs are still being smuggled into China. Very interesting article how agents are buying up RTX 4090s across Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam etc to resell them into China. However, even H100s are still available in Hong Kong on the black market, so it shouldn't be
