Its funny how people think 1 tsp SUGAR (चीनी) in their tea/coffee is causing all the health problems while they keep on eating refined carbs mindlessly day in and day out..

One of the BEST health tips that I can give you is to switch from commercial dairy to local dairy- get milk from local gaushala or dairy people and not from amul/ mother dairy etc.
Why? These packed dairy have alot of, A LOT OF injected hormones etc.
