Israel showed the world what cynicism means. The majestic Gailt Raguan showed in the ICJ that while Hamas abducted and killed COGAT staff (charged with aid to Gaza), Israel replaced them to maintain aid to Gaza. And South Africa claims that this is Genocide. Brilliant one, Galit.

When will to ICJ say "enough is enough"? @DrGiladNoam asked the the Court, in the fourth request for a provisional measure in just a few months. Indeed, the ICJ should not allow the misuse of its process and the sacred Convention for the Prevention of Genocide.

יש לי ביקורת על ה-ICJ, אבל עיקר הביקורת היא על מי שלא הופיע לדיון. אם יש למדינת ישראל טענות לריבונות על איו"ש, וקשר היסטורי לשטח, היה עליה לנצל את הבמה ולנסות להשפיע על השיח בנושא. אי אפשר לברוח מדיון ואז להתלונן על התוצאה. כתבתי על כך מראש.

שרשור האג. כל מי שקופץ עם הכרזה שאהרן ברק יציל את מדינת ישראל בהאג לא מבין את הסיטואציה. יש בבי הדין 15 שופטים, עוד לפני ברק והמינוי של דרא"פ, שלא חייבים להתחשב בדעתו, ולא מובן מאליו שברק יוכל לשכנע בצדקת עמדתה של מדינת ישראל. כל הכבוד לברק שמתגייס למאמץ, אבל החגיגות מוקדמות .

@EilonTohar איך זה משנה את העובדה שהוא ��ייס וניהל את המבצע, ונושא באחריות פלילית ומוסרית למה שנעשה במסגרתו? לפי המשפט הבינלאומי, למשל, יעמידו לדין את מפקד המבצע לפני שיעמידו חפ"ש. כנ"ל לגבי ענישה. ולגבי חשיפת פרטים - חשוב לחשוף לציבור גם את ההתעללות הנוראית בעמוס תמם. אם כבר נתון רלוונטי.
