(2/2) Misuse of terms like trauma dumping & parasocial can do a lot of harm. Its fine to establish boundaries & we indeed aren’t therapists but showing empathy is still important. Talking about negative emotions is healthy. I can’t stand toxic positivity, it hurts people.
