I am really impressed with the #perfnow crowd. A lot od people are taking really extensive notes, it is SUPER silent during the talks and people are not leaving the talks at all. I have been to ~10 confs only this year and never saw anything like that. 👏

I am after first month at @Castle_IO . It was stressful change after 7 years of comfy job where I felt I knew my ways, but stepping out of my comfort zone feels really powerful. Even if it means using a framework I didn’t know before and working with people way smarter than me.
