IFT-3 Analysis (1/12) Startup of all 33 Raptor engines and liftoff went flawlessly. B10/S28 flew downrange with no issues and executed a perfect hotstaging maneuver. B10 successfully completed the boostback burn, however it seems there were some minor issues with the engines...

12/12 Telemetry was received for a little while afterward before trickling down to a few packets per minute and then eventially to nothing. It is presumed that during this time, Ship 28 broke up due to aerodynamic stress and heating, ending Starship's 3rd flight test.

8/12 The planned in-space burn of 1 raptor engine was skipped by the ship. Over time, S28 began a slow roll that gradually increased in rate. It is thought that the cause of the lack of roll-control was due to a stuck ullage valve. (A vent used to control the ship's attitude)

11/12 The flaps slowly corrected for the roll, bringing S28 back to a somewhat correct orientation, however the aft end of the ship began to slip, and the vehicle pointed retrograde into the airflow for several seconds. Plasma began to weaken the signal between S28 and Starlink.
