I've changed how the super speed power works... now the game will have the random levels of bullet time and the player can hit SHIFT to go 'realtime' which will drain the player's (NOT)speedforce stamina.

I starting playing around with some 'power-up' animations for simmer... I'll probably just add some VFX to this one and implement some time dilation overrides to nearly pause the game and allow players to chose their upgrades and call it a day.
