Added backpacks. It will increase carry capacity (volume). Visually they will stretch the more stuff you carry, so you'll be able to recognize hoarders and treat them with distain that they deserve.

Everything a character is carrying in his pockets will be visible on the model itself in Infusion. You'll be able to see if there's a chance someone will chuck an EMP at you and such.

Started working on some UI elements. Eventually, we'll be aiming to replace all the frames with better pre-rendered graphics, but I'm quite happy how the display itself is shaping up (it's not as blurry as it appears here).

3D models will now scale up with camera zoom, instead of stretching the render. This will allow players to see more character details when zooming in. How much we'll allow players to zoom in - that remains to be seen.

Working on sledgehammers atm. In terms of crafting, they are simpler than most weapons, you just need a handle and a head. Of course, crafting more advanced hammer heads will be its own challenge.

So if Enfuzio gets hit by AP rifle round in the forearm for 100 damage while wearing his reinforced pig leather armor, how much actual damage would he take (taking into consideration that leather is more susceptible to high speed piercing damage, but humans take less arm damage)?

Currently working on a system for destructible objects. Some walls and barriers will be destructible to various degrees, as well as a lot of furniture. You'll even be able to destroy power cables which might or might not be a good thing for you.

Guys, check this game out. With what has happened with RPG genre in recent years, this is a breath of fresh air - a return to good old classical RPG adventuring. Also very good to know that there are indie RPG projects out there.

The two basic attacks with a knife are slashing and stabbing. Different blades have different properties that will influence the effectiveness of these attacks. All numbers are WIP, but you'll get the idea.

Mechanics-wise, it is my intention to make the sledgehammers probably the highest damage output weapon in the game, outside energy weapons and explosives. One major drawback of the weapon is going to be its attack speed, which will make it impractical against nimble targets.

The result is about 11-12 if the AP round has 200 armor pen and leather is only 50% efficient against it. Which is too low and I'll probably have to tone the armor numbers down, especially soak.
