Katsuki only ever wore his uniform tie properly when Deku's safety was on the line and really wanted to get the rescue mission to happen. Deku grabbing it is a nice way to remind everyone of that. Deku really got a hold on him. Literally and figuratively 🙂 🙌 #BKDK

Horikoshi mentioned AKIRA and BERSERK in a recent comment and I totally see some influences in the ending (Shigaraki's ever-growing flesh and his cape remind me of Tetsuo). Hori's Vol 37 cover is similar to that of BERSERK where Guts holds Casca 🧡💚 . Izuku coming back ⬇️

Exactly! the 🤝 are important moments in the manga, and full of symbolism. Horikoshi uses them carefully! This opening cheapens the gesture. Clearly, Bones doesn't understand what their narrative function is in MHA. ( Shonen Jump did it right! staying loyal to the manga ) ⬇

@Dekacchann I don't know why some are worried. Ochako was just mentioning to Toga what helped her directly or indirectly make her develop her own identity as a hero, including her 'crush' on Izuku ( because it has made her reflect on herself ) and we already knew that.

@Dekacchann It's exactly what I wrote in my essay notes! 😮. Katsuki is the one who will help Deku break the curse of OFA, which has destroyed the past users who tried to do it all by themselves. Deku will accept Katsuki's help (and love) and break the OFA successor curse 😀
