i’d say don’t worry too much about it because i haven’t struggled with it at all luckily, but i’m not sure if that’s only because of the amount of time i spend on toning workouts. you’ve got this<3

ok ok 1) DIET- so a lot of my diet consisted of literally only either an omad or complete fasts (still drank a lot of water though!) - i went through like just over 3 months straight where i would consistently do 36h fast then omad then repeat
just thinking about in orange is the new black when they all start snorting coffee to get energy but then complain bc it also gives them the shits……. sounds like killing 2 birds with 1 stone to me🤨🤨
do i break my fast and go out tonight and actually enjoy my life rather than rotting away in my bedroom wasting my teenage years or do i stay stay home and continue my fast and regret missing out but be happy that i wake up tomorrow skinnier than today and have no guilt abt it
