- 1/2 cup/120g greek yogurt
- 30g (or one small) egg white
- 30 ml/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup/60g flour
-splenda or any 0 calorie sweetener
- half an apple (sliced)
can be made with any fruit you like! :-))
