The cable provider has provided an update this has been escalated at the highest level. Their core and platform teams are working together, they have isolated the issue to a POI router in Toronto and the equipment vendor has been engaged to assist with the ongoing troubleshooting

At this point the network's active, it's just a waiting game (as you know by now). You may see your connection re-established while your neighbours are still impacted. Our tech support is seeing some success when customers unplug their router for a full 60 seconds & reboot it.

Did you know that we started building our own fibre infrastructure in June of 2015? We now have fibre in 5 residential neighborhoods and 15 business parks and our network is growing everyday. Over the last 4 years, we’ve run over 150 KMs of fibre throughout the city of London.
