To close this thread off I want to talk a little about how Ufotable handles characters designed by IG prior. Ironically, series consistency goes out the window in this case because they do not even attempt to pull anything from IGs designs and they redraw everyone from scratch.

Miyajima said she writes all of her stories starting with the final boss, their goals ideals and what they would do to achieve them, and only then fleshes out the protagonists and story from there Interesting to think Symphonia was sparked from Mithos' ideals and not Lloyd's...

Can't find the exact lines I'm looking for in regards to how Sophie is Cheria's light while Lambda is Richard's darkness but I DO think it's interesting how Asbel's immediate thought when reuniting with them both is asking how they're still alive (not knowing it's Sophie/Lambda)
