I posted this on Tuesday. Kramatorsk station is centrally located w/ multiple platforms - it can’t be mistaken for anything else. Tens of thousands have been using it to evacuate - it can’t be mistaken for any other purpose. This rocket strike is a deliberate attack on civilians.
