I am not sure why our paths are crossing at this moment in your life, but I imagine it is because you are ready to make a change.
I'm glad you're here.

Wait, so you're not a doctor? You don't get to help people or do surgeries or anything? You just...read books and write papers that roughly 12 people on Earth will ever bother reading?
Good morning to conscious creators who actively create and are open to new ideas and possibilities, instead of shutting them down.

The best thing about doing a PhD is mastering your field and pushing the boundaries of knowledge. The worst thing is the potential for isolation and burnout if you lose sight of your purpose. Stay focused on your mission and keep connecting with others.
In Jan 2023, I decided to write consistently on X.
With about 600 followers then, I embraced the grind:
- posting daily
- joining a community
- connecting with 25-50 people
Slow growth?
Yes, but every step built my foundation.
What I thought self-care was:
- Massages
- Reading a book
- Luxury vacations
What self-care actually is:
- Deep work
- Setting healthy boundaries
- Connecting with your inner child
True self-care is less about indulging in temporary escapes and more about cultivating a life
Just crossed the 7-year mark since I invested my first $1,000 in myself.
It was more than money. It was a bet on a vision.
Back then, I had an idea and a relentless drive.
That's all it took to pivot from the known to the extraordinary.
The result? A product sold out in its
The mental health therapists and wellness coaches who win long-term?
The ones using content to provide TRUE education, not fluff.
I'm talking about Medium articles, conscious content/posts, and premium Educational Email Courses - all positioning them as THE go-to experts their
I see too many creators feeling pressured to niche down.
Then, they end up churning out content about things like ‘e-commerce’ and ‘copywriting’ - subjects they have zero interest in.
They’re just following what everyone else is doing, but that’s no way to fuel passion.
Stop
I had a chat with a wellness coach.
Their goal?
Simple: to grow their email list and serve more people.
I said the best start is an Educational Email Course, because it lets you:
1. Offer real help first - Share solutions to common challenges in mental health and wellness.
Lead with purpose.
Every piece of content you create should reflect your core mission.
Ask yourself, "Does this serve my audience's growth as much as mine?"
I've studied Psychology for 10+ years.
Here are 3 insights I've learned:
1. We aren't logical; we're emotional.
2. Decisions are made intuitively.
3. Beliefs shape reality more than facts.
How might being more aware of these tendencies change the way you live and work?
Becoming a good copywriter boils down to:
- Practice, practice
- Handwriting song lyrics if music is your thing
- Handwriting copy focused on converting audiences
Most people won't put in that gritty grind though.
They'll look for shortcuts instead of embracing the journey.
Mastering writing through relentless practice.
So far, I've published:
- 20 newsletters
- 33 Medium articles
- 335 days on X
Writer's block? A push beyond limits.
Each breakthrough followed persistent effort.
Keep going.
Something you didn’t know about me.
I owned a swag company—a launchpad for creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
One of my very first clients was FitBit.
It wasn’t a cold email or landing them by chance.
I was introduced to them through a personal connection, a testament to
One of the biggest struggles for every creator:
THE BIO.
I’ve changed it 37 times.
Happy to say…
I’m finally satisfied.
What about you? Are you happy with yours?
Good morning conscious creator 💫
I see you.
And I feel you.
I know it can be hard to make space for “you time” with everything else going on.
But the absolute truth is...
You must make time for yourself in order to serve others.
Start small - even if it's just 5 minutes.

Music has always been my greatest source of self-care.
• It sparks my imagination and inspires new ideas
• Helps me feel confident in my creative abilities
• It's a powerful outlet for emotional expression
Self-care is essential for creativity. Make time for it.
5 things to help upgrade your thinking:
1. Solve bigger problems
2. Focus more on solutions
3. Be brave, be bold, be courageous
4. Focus on what was working and do more of it
5. Serve greater, serve deeper, and care even more

Creator Meetup session 💫
As someone dedicated to email marketing for the mental health & wellness space, it was awesome to collaborate and co-create with fellow creators.
The power of community is real - we're stronger together.
5 simple (but key) essentials we often forget for better well-being:
1. Spending time outdoors
2. Taking enough breaks
3. Enjoying hobbies
4. Laughing more
5. Being thankful
What would you add?
Every day, it’s you against yourself.
Compete against your:
- Ego
- Fear
- Self-doubt
- Distractions
- Comfort zone
- Procrastination
- Pessimistic attitudes
- Insufficient self-control
When you master your inner self, you master your life.

Are you pushing your followers to a Linktree or website via X?
You’re likely leaving new email subscribers and monetization opportunities on the table.
It's a common oversight among mental health and wellness coaches. They're keen to flaunt their achievements.
Yet, here's the
I live for little moments like these:
- When my wife and I catch each other’s eyes across the room
- A big hug before my daughter goes into school
- The beauty in imperfections
- Sudden changes in plans
- Family dinners filled with conversation
Life is made in the margins.
Anything you can GET, you can UNGET.
• Cars
• House
• Money
When the things we acquire can be lost just as easily, what remains?
What do you value that can never be taken away?
Mental health issues are hidden behind:
- Fake smiles
- Workaholism
- Quiet personalities
- Chronic procrastination
We need to normalize talking about it.
Hi beautiful souls,
I'm feeling a shift in my calling and energy.
If you've been with me for a while, you know I'm a true advocate for email marketing and self-care.
After some deep reflection and coaching, I've realized my heart and passion lie in social impact and change.
Most people struggle to make it online because they don’t truly know themselves.
Do the inner work.
Understand who you really are at your core.
Only then, give it another shot.
Let’s stop saying sorry for:
- Being busy
- Putting yourself first
- Needing time for yourself
- Asking for what you want and need
- Having feelings and expressing them
I spoke with 10 therapists and psychologists recently about marketing in mental health.
Overwhelmingly, they prioritized brand vision over email marketing.
But, this approach misses a massive opportunity:
1) Email marketing nurtures client relationships directly.
2)

You need the courage to let your niche eventually find you."

I watched my daughter play with toys in a sandbox today.
No electronic gadgets or flashy toys.
Just simple blocks and toy cars.
It was heartwarming to see how much joy she derived from such basic toys.
Made me think about the importance of simplicity in life.
Core values are your compass...
Aligning actions with intentions.
They guide you, helping you stay true to what matters most.
Keep it simple.
Let values be your foundation.
Find someone on a similar path.
When I did this, I learned:
- You're not alone
- Different views enhance the process
- Shared struggles lead to collective wisdom
Lift each other up and don't let overwhelm take over.
Together, you're stronger.
Things I have no space for:
1) bad vibes
2) rude people
3) things that don't excite me
Life's short for negativity & mediocrity. I make room for positivity, kindness, and excitement.

The daily grind of posting and connecting with 25-50 people taught me the true value of engagement over mere numbers.
Each conversation, each piece of content, wasn't just about growth...
It was about building meaningful relationships.

Knowing your partner's love language can help you communicate your affection in a way that resonates with them. Understanding & speaking your partner's love language can strengthen your emotional connection and build a more fulfilling marriage.
I keep hearing the same thing from friends in all different life stages - working professionals, parents, researchers.
We're all craving more purpose and direction, but struggling to connect the dots across our eclectic backgrounds and skillsets.
The temptation is to try
