Got my bandages off! No PT prescribed “life will be my therapy” no lifting 20 pounds, and told to moisturize and massage scar tissue 3x/day. (I still remember my PT exercises, so. Can always ask at follow up) I’ll be sore for a while yet, prob 6mo.
