Get a hobby ! Have a reason to get out of bed and do something — doing something, even if it's knitting or reading burns more calories than staying in bed all day. Learn a new language, bake, draw, whatever.

You can eat whatever you want, just portion control. This is especially useful if you struggle with impulse control. I know that I I feel restricted, it'll only make me wanna eat more. So eat small meals throughout the days and allow yourself snacks

Putting down your cal tracker and step tracker and what not on paper is going to make it feel more real, I guarantee you. Make it as cute as possible, use stickers and glitter pens and be happy about writing your cal count for the day.

Get a consistent routine and stick to it. It doesn't have to be fancy or overly long, you can just start by doing your bed every morning and complete it later. But get that routine and be consistent, juste like with weigt loss.

Lastly, don't be too hard on yourself. Even perfect girlies ( gender neutral ) make mistakes sometimes. It's okay to binge, it won't erase your progress. It's okay to lose slowly, it's better than gaining.
