Think it depends. Everyone is different.. solitude may be needed for some but as for me too much solitude adds to my hyper independence and keeps me detached and unable to truly open myself up and depend on someone for whatever that is or even simply receive affection

I love how emotionally intelligent I am fr & not in the “I don’t make mistakes kind of way” but even with mistakes I’m able to access my actions and emotions so that I can work on not repeating it again.
