Caesars Honeywell thermostat hack. This disables the room occupancy sensor and lets you lower the min temp. I saved it in my travel @defcon notes from years ago. Hold down "display" button Press "off" Then hit the "Up" arrow Then release "display" button

The quality check is just a guy cutting the pizza and putting it in the right box to put on the warmer ready for delivery or pick-up and marking it as ready. The delivery person checks pizzas out of the system to be delivered. This is so everyone knows who is taking what delivery

When the product is marked as prepped, the bake process timer is always going to be the same because the pizza ovens all work the same. They have a rolling metal sheet that you place the pizza on, and it pops out the other side when it's done. So the "bake" time is automated.

When the phone CS puts in the order, it goes to the prep line, then bake. That part is automated based on usual time. But the prepper can control it with the keyboard under their monitor. Depending on which order they're on, they can hit a key to mark it as prepped.
