I actually REALLY love this change. Instead of having a full powered army, you have to work for it a little, and in the mean time you have to be careful with your Pikmin, obviously they’re a bit more valuable when you have less than 100 in the field.

Oatchi. I love this concept, it’s so satisfying having your whole squad ride on him with you. I see how this could be a bit useful in tight spaces, and with Oatchi’s jump, it adds kind of a platformer element which opens up a ton of possibilities for map designs.

It’s an evolution of bumping into them it seems, I quite like it. Another thing you can see is that Pikmin will automatically take back materials dropped by walls they destroy, it’s awesome but if you don’t want that, you can whistle them back to you.
