Why You Need A Butcher: a 🧵
Your butcher knows where your meat comes from
They can tell you where it was raised.
They can tell you what it was fed (grass, grain, corn, combo).
They can tell you how it was processed.
Preferably ground from chuck roast which you can have any grocery store butcher counter grind for you just ask.
This gives you great beef flavor which those crappy McDonalds burgers just don’t have.
