I’m much happier now I think. but I would avoid going down this path if u can help yourself bc I’m sure it’s all gonna come crashing down in the future for me, extremes are def not the right way to go but I can say I am happier and more fulfilled day to day now. :)

lowk same. I still want to be smaller and want the number to be lower but idk if I’ll ever get to be fully satisfied. most ppl say it doesn’t stop, u just want to get smaller and smaller after u reach ur ugw so from that perspective SAVE URSELF BESTIE🫠

if u do. Don’t c/s anything that’s remotely soft (yogurt, oatmeal, even cakes are harder) but hard stuff like chips, burgers, celery (idk) bc u won’t naturally swallow easier. c/s is hard to get the hang of but once u know that it’s easy
