I didn't qualify for TWT Finals. I will not be participating in the last TWT 2024 tournaments to make the top 20. It was fun while it lasted. Got my first TWT win ever. Did okay in other master and challenger events. Ty for all the support. I shall do coaching now.

Yoshimitsu is very strong atm. However I notice people not knowing as much as they think they do. Yoshimitsu mains and others alike. I will also say that not a single Yoshimitsu player has mastered the character. Because he is such an encyclopedia it's hard to master him. 1/2

@holyknee So the right answer seems to be ssl block. Timing doesn't need much practice and you stay close while azucena is backturned. However on a normal ss yeah it sucks and I think they should still nerf the recovery or the forward momentum.

Let's offer a solution. I never liked the heal mechanic anyway. Doesn't fit Yoshi's identity of the creative monster that he is. So... in heat he gets T4 soul stealer. No more healing mechanic from attacks. Neither from nss nor heat moves. Extra dmg can stay but still a bit lower

For people that don't know what T4 Soul Stealer did. Basically it was like flash, but didn't launch nor give a knockdown and gave yoshi the last move that the opponent attacked with. If the opponent did a stance then Yoshi would do the stance but couldn't attack from it.

@ByteMeta It's used in a combo after you do tornado. You then use qcf1 to get floor break or floor blast, but it literally just does 1 more dmg than nss uf1. Make it do more than that for god sake.

@BZH_Hexmark HAHAHAHAHA Soooo the reason this happens (which is a bullshit one either way) is because bryan stands on one leg. Yoshi has this too with d3. if yoshi dodges a high kick with d3, d3 will never hit. It has existed since fucking t7 and these bugfixers at bamco are too lax about it.
