I begin to diagnose with HIV with a CD 4 pf 200 which consider as AIDS. However due the medication that I took religiously, it suppresses till UNDETECTABLE. Did u know when ur undetectable u can't transmit to others?? the answer is on the comment box. Retweet, like and comment..

We need to stop this mindset! And we must based on facts than stigma. 1)HIV IS NOT AIDS. 2) HIV IS NOT THE END 3) HIV NEEDS TREATMENTS, ONCE THEY CONSUME IT RELIGIOUSLY THEY WILL BE UNDETECTABLE (UVL). 4) ONCE UVL, THEY CAN LIVE NORMALLY WITH NO TRANSMISSION & MANY MORE!

To all PLHIV out there, no matter which country you going , importantly please bring along your doctor's prescription with your meds. Usually if I travel I will bring along my one month supply meds. Just in case if my small pill casing went missing. And so far I got no prob.

Just a reminder, please practise safe sex ( condom use). You wouldn't know how sick or healthy the stranger u meet for sex. He may looks healthy, fit and strong but he might carry infections such as syphillis, herpes, HIV & etc .. Better be safe than sorry!

I would like to share something.. I actually got a job at one of the Hospital in Singapore. But inorder for me to work there I required to take TDAP and MMR vaccine. So I went to SGH and on the acknowledgement letter it stated if I have HIV. and as usual I put NO to it .

To PLHIV, those of you that plan to travel overseas just prepare Ur HAART prescription. They won't stop you from entering unless if you gonna stay for more than 1month. Just say that's Ur medications just like people who have other conditions.
