Many of them are unhappy with the fact that the massacre of Hindus by their brothers across the border is getting highlighted so much world over. They wanted the killings to happen silently, now they can't twist the narrative and play victim themselves, when real ones in public.

If Obama can, anyone can. Credibility matters. US under Obama administration along with other NATO allies dropped 21,461 bombs in various countries between 2008-2010. Obama won Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. (9,867 bombs dropped by US and NATO allies in 2009)
