@_IAMOP Same! I have a hard time acknowledging that combos in many other games can be way shorter or feel less satisfying than a Tekken combo. If I want those long flashy combos, I have commit to some really tough execution. I dont mind learning, but I can put that same time into Tekken!

@Joey_Fury I watched my first TWT FINALS in the stream’s ENTIRETY in 2019. I don’t remember exactly, but it was prob 10-12 hours? This year, both the LCQ and Finals (streams) exceeded 15 hours. It’s not reasonable for players, spectators, casters, or production to commit that much time

Aside from Tekken being one of the most ethnically diverse games in the whole genre, I don’t know any other series that had Snoop Dogg cameo in the game, in his own stage, with his own soundtrack

Need to stay away from all those high level tweets and videos for SF6. I want to just have fun. I'll learn at my pace. I've struggled to learn many FGs cuz I get tied up with frame data, damage, distance, optimization etc. Obviously I'll still train to be good...but at my pace.

@XxArtist @osu_MeovvCAT majorly a point and click overworld; the dungeons look good, char portraits are beautiful…it’s a psp game. I just can’t bring myself to sympathize with ppl complaining about “text borders” etc. I’m on switch, and played P3P in 2009. I’m having a great time. It’s wildly the same.

The only sucky thing about Kazuya in smash is that i was this close to not shelling out another $30. Thought all the Fighter Pass 2 characters were neat (especially Sephiroth) but convinced myself I was done with smash and don’t need it. This changes it all tho

I really admire and care for each character who enters the King of Iron Fist tournament, and I feel like I learn about the style just from playing
