One cool thing we do at @NetflixEng that makes remote dev work easier: I can share a live link that has the same version of whatever I'm developing locally, w/o having to commit those changes. As I make the changes to the FE, their browser makes those same changes in real time

People always ask how I'm so productive. My process: 1. No matter what the task is, give myself 1 week to do it 2. Set a mtg up w/someone else at the 1 week mark to stay accountable 3. Completely forget about it & push out the mtg by another week 4. Do it all a 1/2 hour before
