Because no one takes out processions deliberately through certain expressly to incite violence on Eid by dancing in front of Mosques playing loud music, and hurling abuse. So yes, there is a far greater need for asking for peace in Ram Navami in New India.

I have rarely seen a weaker and more ridiculous case made against someone than this Zubair case. It's transparently so stupid and malicious, that the only reason it's there is that the govt wants to tell people - "Look, we can screw you up for paper thin reasons. Beware!"
