Hey friends it’s my 29th birthday today. Here’s some of the happier moments this year. It’s been about 2.5 years since I was diagnosed with ALS. At this point I’ve completely lost the ability to stand and walk, my arms and hands barely move (so sorry for my bad texting lol)
