200 YouTube subs today! YouTube has been my second biggest source of traffic for template sales this year so I know I need to dedicate some more time to the channel. Hiring a YouTube editor has definitely been one of the best ROI decisions I’ve made so far in my journey.

Earned my first bit of Notion affiliate commission this week. Notion doesn't pay for clicks, only paid sign-ups. So although the money isn't as frequent, when there is a paid sign-up you earn a nice amount of pocket money.

Selecting your niche is not a one-time event. Choosing something you "have a passion for" isn't enough... True niche selection is an iterative, trial-and-error process: Research. Collect Sales Assets. Bring to Market. Commit, Kill or Pivot. Repeat.
