Dear @StarbucksUK a deaf person asked a staff member in your Manchester store to repeat themselves and pointed their hearing aids. The staff member then asked how #deaf they were and said they sounded drunk (at 10am)! This is unacceptable. staff need deaf awareness training ASAP

It's really important to be aware of the statement "please remember the need for this seat may not be immediately obvious"! For example a Deaf person may need to sit in a priority seat to see station signs clearly out of the window .... @ActionOnHearing
