Confused!?... The BDA, Flesh Seeds, belongs to the man Muzan turned demon in Asakusa where he was taken in by Tamayo. He's the first demon to undergo treatments with Nezuko's blood and was able to detach from Muzan's grip and develop a BDA. - By @Kanri4418
