It would be a disgrace if RTE did show them tbh. TG4 have put in the hard yards in all year. Right from the early rounds in county championships so they deserve to show these games.

Hurricane aside, @rte not showing the two Club finals live is some disgrace! @SportTG4 are, without a doubt, the home of GAA now. Their club championship and inter county League coverage is absolutely top notch. Would love to see them get access to screen championship games #GAA

Was it a foul? Game changed there for me. If he plays on Derry take another min or two off the clock and maybe even extend the lead to 3 points. I think there's contact but it happens 100 times in a match without a free being given so a huge call. 📹 RTE

Majella met Slaughtneil and Derry Camogie star Aoife Ní Chaiside at the match in Glenariffe this season. Aoife was a key member of Slaughtneil's 3 in a row and is up there with the best in Ireland imo.

It really is and you could even consider between Dunloy, Cushendall and Loughgiel, all very small villages, have won 32 of the last 33 Antrim titles. Serious dedication to their craft.

Good luck to @GACSlaughtneil in their All Ireland semi-final tomorrow. Watched them a few times lately and I'll admit I was hoping for a Loughgiel win on those days but they're a fantastic team and are well worth all their achievements. Hopefully a 4th All Ireland coming up. 👍

Today Majella met Cushendall and Antrim legend, Terence "Sambo" McNaughton. Sambo is one of the all-time hurling greats and not just in Antrim. I think he's still the only Antrim man in the GAA Hall of Fame in Croke Park which shows his standing in the game. 🟡⚪

Motion passed on Tuesday night- so this is happening. Only two counties along with Antrim, voted against the change of venue. Antrim now have to find an alternative venue- or we could find ourselves in a ‘Corrigan-or-nowhere’ scenario. Bigger capacity or integrity of the draw?

Nice trip to Derry. First time I've stayed anywhere other than my house since February 2020. Got to walk the walls, visit Free Derry Corner and a few nice meals. There's a lot of history about the place so I wouldn't mind another trip at some point to do one of the proper tours

Gutted after that. There was so little between the sides but probably that 10 min spell from 45-55 mins or so was the difference. Cushendall couldn't score and O'Loughlin Gaels got themselves ahead. Some massive performances for Ruairi Og.

I suppose if you want them to get down low to get the ball in their hand, I can't fault him. Not sure some of those even touched the stick. Lorcan doesn't like hurling but he has to do 10 mins per day or no screen time. He'd sit on the PS4 24/7 if he could. 🙈

Ladies football is a much better watch than the men's game these days. Most teams just go at it for the 60 minutes. Every move is a forward move at pace and it's entertaining. I think I've seen one ladies team this past 12 months playing that dour, possession based style.

Great night at the St John's Carnlough and Shane O'Neills Easter Disco. Kids had a ball & got to meet Antrim Camog, Roisin McCormick & Antrim hurlers, Neil McManus & James McNaughton. They also met our local county heroes, Brogan, Monique, Aidan, Ciaran & Niall. 🟡⚪ 🔵🔵

GOAT 🐐 🇮🇪 What a fight! Serrano was fantastic and gave it everything. Round 5, I've no idea how Katie survived that but to put those rounds together afterwards, unbelievable. If anyone ever says anything negative about women's boxing, show them that fight.

Great character shown by the Antrim hurlers at the end of the first half there. Offaly came from 4 down to level then Antrim posted a quick 1-2 to lead by 5 at the break. Another 35 minutes like that please. 🟡⚪

Exciting day tomorrow as i do my first camogie coaching course. Been wanting to do some coaching for a long time. Helped out with the local soccer team about 10 years ago & always thought id do something when the kids grew up a bit.
