@nomocaIs yes but not in the t!kt0k way, thats mostly just lucid dreaming. i used to shift before it was a "thing", and i can lucid dream too and theyre definitely different experiences. lucid dreaming is more controlled and very planned and fake but shifting feels a lot more natural
