That incident posted on FB showing a person on the sidewalk suspected of being downed by nCoV has been clarified as just being a drunk Korean. Tagged now as fake news and all is well. Forgotten is the fact that there was no immediate emergency response when it was called in.

Lesson of Lugaw: Enforcement should always be restrained. There should be no elbow room for discretion, parameters clearly defined. The quarantine rule already allowed food and delivery. The barangay official took it further by giving her own definition of essential food.

Are there any females out there who are uncomfortable with sharing a public restroom with transgender women? I’ve experienced being in a public restroom with a trans-woman and I was fine with it. I haven’t come across a trans-man in the men’s room yet. But I’m fine with it too.
