Examiner: FTX Finance/Settlement Teams Incompetent
FTX Examiner Report exposed how $10 billion in customer funds was stolen under their watch. The report highlights the absence of basic financial controls, noting there were "no systems to ensure balance sheet or bookkeeping" and
FTX Bankruptcy Mystery_Friedberg Episode 3
Sullivan & Cromwell, Quinn Emanuel’s Intensive Investigation of Friedberg correlates directly with 4 key moments:
1. On Jan 19, 2023, Friedberg’s declaration to oppose S&C as the FTX debtor’s counsel.
2. In April 2023 (What actually
The government lied excessively in the SBF trial and a lot of people know it and refuse to say it because they're being coerced not to through cooperation agreements, non prosecution agreements, and the bankruptcy estate. In 20 years when people are willing to talk it will come

I knew Alameda was stealing from FTX customers. I knew all the campaign finance laws. I would be the straw donor for my master SBF. But of course I would not tell my lawyers. I would request them to draft documents for me, and if anything happened, I could blame them right?
@jennysmithun
If FTX were still standing today, none of these was an issue. We would have gotten choose who would be the president and who controlled the congress. That's how politics works. Everyone knows. Only you are stupid
@rsalame7926
All the witnesses were lying to save their ass! Only Ryan Salame stood his ground and was the only honest person, but was persecuted for his honesty by the corrupt government.
Nishad if you're reading this how did they get you to plead guilty to campaign finance violations when I know you had internal and external legal teams, political consultants, and accountants all involved specifically to ensure it was legal?

everyone was lying for their own convenience and reason, but someone should give to the public an explanation why someone is paying and someone else has been rewarded. We all deserve a retrial with all the evidence laid out in public!

Hear me out. Salame is innocent. He is only in jail for being a Republican donor. He has done nothing wrong. Everything he did he consulted with lawyers.
Ryan Salame's Claims on FTX, Binance, and Political Targeting: An Interview with Tucker Carlson
Salame and Carlson agreed that Biden’s prosecutors targeted Salame simply because he was a Republican donor, despite not being indicted for any direct involvement in the FTX/Alameda
On 12/13/22, the estate was charged $894.38 for three taxi rides (totaling $2,683.14).Journey from S&C's office to Capitol Hill is just 14 minutes by car. They didn’t even call for taxis when needed; instead, they kept three taxis waiting throughout the entire hearing!!!
@historian_ftx
The terms of service have basically been stated to be irrelevant (against sbf as well), they unequivocally state that the USD was never custodied and you were trading in your usd for ftx e-money (this is because Silvergate instructed ftx to do this while it was building out its

The reason you hire a lawyer is because you can blame him afterwards. Otherwise why pay so much? Legal fees are prohibitively high!
I was very loyal to Sam Bankman-Fried. I am still loyal to him. I will forever be loyal to him. He is innocent. He is framed by the prosecutors and lying witnesses.

Tristan begged Ryan to get a job. Without Ryan, Tristan would have been nobody. Instead of publicly showing his support, he hired someone that Ryan really hated. Don't you think Tristan is ungrateful and disgusting?
Lawyers win the narrative cause they silence you when everyone is paying attention, jail you when you call them out, and lie when it matters to protect themselves. Hopefully someone fixes this.
Corruption Alert! FTX Republican Donations NOT Returned! Ryan Salame, Former FTX Digital Market CEO, a Republican mega donor, donated at least $ 25 million to Republican politicians/PAC's. $ 19.5 million to a a single Republican Super PAC American Dream Federal Action. As of June

One of my (many) regrets is actually letting my lawyers scare me into not testifying on SBFs defense. Not because I think he's innocent of everything, but because what we witnessed was one sided coerced legal theater provided by people willing to say anything to stay out of
I often contemplate how they pressured Nishad into lying about how he viewed his campaign finance contributions. I have some ideas but I'll likely never know the full extent.

It takes about 3 minutes of critical thinking to realize it would be fundamentally impossible for Silvergate Bank to have been lied to. What exactly were the 1000s of daily wires in/out of Alameda then ND with "FTX" in the wire reference field for? Why did FTX publicly display
How could I know it was illegal for straw donor scheme? My girlfriend Michelle Bond, who was a lawyer with years experience in SEC, Senate Banking Committee, FINRA, told me it was totally legal.
Former FTX executive Ryan Salame has requested to delay the date he must report to prison to begin a seven-and-a-half-year sentence so he can undergo surgery after a dog attack
I did not care about politics, but SBF asked me to be a straw donor. I thought I would be powerful and had access to the powerful ppl. I really had a blast having dinner with these political leaders. I felt I was somebody. I was valued. Coz I had money. They kowtowed to me.
WAIT Caroline flat out admits in her sentencing that in April 22 she was hiding and lying about how terribly Alameda was doing and keeping it from everyone? So she's claiming SBF just left her in charge after she told him or she didn't tell him, which one? This puts a decent hole
@Alice_comfy
Silvergate instructed alameda / ND to use their accounts while they figured out a solution internally (as a bank) how to onboard ftx directly. Lawyers / executives / everything. Completely transparent between alameda and Silvergate.

its more than "deck stacked against him" its a completely false narrative the boomers looting FTX crafted to distract from their thievery of the FTX estate. Salame's prosecution is a total witch hunt , where he is being made the fall guy for the crimes of others

Hear me out! Ryan Salame will go to prison for opening bank accounts that commingle customer funds. However, Salame is not accused of moving the money! The persons moving the money around should be in jail, not Salame!
FTX Examiner Update_ Walls Are Closing In?
Lynn Nguyen, the former Head of Settlement at , had been avoiding the FTX examiner for 1.5 months, prompting the examiner to file an order on August 29 for her direct examination under oath.
@historian_ftx
If I had asked, SBF would unlock them for me. I could easily sell my cryptos. But I listened to the lawyers' advice. That's the only reason I will lose 7 years of my son's life.

Damian Williams is a political climber! He is not doing Justice. He is taking advantage of FTX to advance his own political ambition. Ppl know it.
It's all true but I just made a court filing I'm pretty nervous about because I know it means the most powerful body in the world is going to come at me and my loved ones again, but I'm hoping it encourages more people to be honest and tell the truth and expose un-American

Ryan has sacrificed himself to benefit so many of his former employees. At least you should return the favor by making him happy!
There are two types of DOJ cases - those that help stop criminals and bad actors and those that allow the prosecutors to go get rich at private law firms after. It's important to know this.
