Thank God. Wheels could have really fallen off had they been shutout by Miami and lost 2 of 3. I’m not thrilled by 2 of 3 from Miami - but at least the potential crisis was averted. Now - get 3 of 4 MINIMUM against Cleveland. #Royals

Richard Lovelady at AAA: 1.08 ERA in 7 games. Grant Gavin at AAA: 2.67 ERA in 16 games. Gabe Speier at AAA: 1.80 ERA in 18 games. But tell me how there’s no better bullpen options (all with upside) to replace Wade Davis and Anthony Swarzak.
