me when i realized loosing weight is literally so easy (hence people who speedrun ana) and i just suck ASSSSSS at it and don’t have a sufficient amount of discipline
when i’m doing the “stereotypical ed things (e: drink black coffee, listen to ‘disordered’ music, watch disordered movies, spend a lot of time on edtwt, drink monster) i do sm better
my progress since getting out of a massive massive month long b¡nge . a little over 1 and a half month 😎 (guys pls pls forgive my messy room and forgive that i’m still fat IM WORKING ON IT OKAY😪😪😪😪)
edtwt strongest warriors are as following:
a.) water only fasters (48+ hours)
b.) people who are over 150lbs and put it in their bio
c.) ppl who track their binges (me ;p)
d.) people who post body checks and aren’t under bmi 19 (ppl on here r mean)

noooo i mean what really triggered jume was just going full fatzo for like a month and i finally got over being so obsessed with food in that way (i didn’t binge for 3 months straight) but that’s just my experience everything else eventually ended up flopping for me
maybe i should drink one protein shake a day instead of fasting . then ; technically i’d still TECHNICALLY almost loose as much as a fast and then when i actually fast i’ll keep loosing 😈😈
