I sampai umur 3 tahun tak reti bercakap langsung. Nak susu pun just tunjuk je. Reason why, my parents were so busy with work. Until my nenek marah and she was the one who taught me to communicate. Spend time with your kids and talk macam biasa. Don't use that baby language.

@twtmalaywedding If you can't change someone, you replace them. Have you ever read, suami yang minat porn? Tak pernah lagi baca yang in a good outcome. You sendiri nampak, dia tak nak pun berubah. Jangan lah ingat lepas kahwin, ada anak, dia akan berubah juga. They don't. It's an addiction.

My son saw me deep breathing with my eyes closed whenever rasa nak marah. Belum 2 tahun, but whenever dia nak marah, even tengah nangis pun, he would close his eyes and control his breathing too. Tapi dia buat macam kelakar sebab mulut muncung sekali.
