@wahlstedt007 @GingerMEdwin In Canada an AR-15 is a restricted weapon, you need a special license. You need to get paperwork from the police to transport the weapon to the rifle range and you can only go there and back, you can’t even stop for a coffee with it in your vehicle

Edited: I started keto on July 4th weighing in at 238.2 pounds and today I weighed in at 208 pounds! I feel amazing and I lost 30 pounds. My goal weight is 189 pounds and I hope to be there by November 1st in time for my vacation #weightloss

For those driving in the ORR west there is a zipper merge going on, but no one is doing it. Traffic is backed up in a single lane for about 2 km. They need to educate people and put out a zipper merge sign instead of right lane ending do not pass. @AlertsNL @VOCMNEWS

I stained my back deck and pressed my uniform, all before 8 AM, and I didn’t get any stain on my clothes either. I didn’t stain the walls, only the floor part. I need to move my propane fireplace and stain underneath that.

@jsnell I have mentioned this before, but an Apple Watch saved my wife’s life. She was alerted to a low heart rate of 30bpm, we went to emergency and within an hour had a temporary pacemaker and a permanent one the next day.

@globalnews I don’t think the issue is we don’t have the workers to build the houses. We don’t have people who can afford houses. We have Canadians living pay cheque to pay cheque and many one pay day away from being broke and homeless.
