In East Renfrewshire 19% of households have no access to a car. In West Dunbartonshire its 40%. In Glasgow its 50%. Cutting fuel duty isn't how you support those on the lowest incomes. The savings are overwhelmingly made by those already more financially secure.

Just so we're clear, Scottish Labour's position is that people urgently need Labour in power, but they refuse to even try securing any power in 31/32 councils, because it would mean working with at least one other centre-left party and that's apparently unacceptable

Says a lot that the UK Government wouldn't extend the furlough when Scotland & Wales were crying out for it but flipped when England needed it. English workers deserve support but so did workers across the country. The Tories have just shown, again, where power lies in the UK.
