Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you : La figliata A bufalo mozzarella shell that encloses a real treasure inside. The Figliata in fact contains a filling of small mozzarellines and fresh cream . The final result it’s spectacular and once you cut it you start mouth watering

I don’t know if is just me but opening a bottle of wine that has 50 years old makes me excited! And thirsty🤣🤙 Barbaresco 1970 was in perfect condition and was amazing! So much history inside that bottle... thank you my friend @veraison .ie for let me have a glass with you🤝

Echezaux 2002 domaine de la romanee conti ! It was the finest expression of Pinot noir ever tried! Usually big names like this one always disappoints because you have too high expectations but this time no... that wine was just perfection👍
