Last week a reg laughed at me in front of the ward & told me to “stop being a drama queen” when I asked if we thought a patient might have cranial diabetes insipidus. Well somebody’s now been diagnosed with cranial diabetes insipidus, & this drama queen feels dramatically smug 💁‍♀️
