The main attraction of ERC6551 for many is the potential for creating NPCs. This was talked about a lot at ETHWaterloo. NPCs, or in-game AI characters, become akin to real on-chain entities, thanks to the linked inventory (smart contract wallet) to their character (the NFT).

Lastly, the idea of running an Eth2 validator at home sounds appealing to many. However, without DVT, there is no easy way to implement multi-level redundancy and additional security measures. DVT dramatically reduces the risk of getting penalized. You can now be a pro at home.

Do explore our dApp! (on Sepolia testnet) We didn't win top prizes, as it's not the most glamorous ERC6551 use case, nor does it fully solve onboarding. Users still need an EOA to claim the NFT. A potential fix? Game companies holding the inventory until the user claims.
