The UAP crash retrieval (C/R) program's cover has already been thoroughly blown. We even know who conducts the retrievals (OGA etc.). It's like ~98% of catastrophic Disclosure, already. They just need to make the program legit via the UAPDA, fund it and ramp it up 1000%.

Battelle has been officially involved in studying the UAP situation since at least the late 40's. They were given a contract to study the retrieved metal samples from the Roswell area crashes. The report is now declassified as of 2010:
