For two years, I’ve been investigating allegations that the ex-CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch and his British partner exploited men for sex at events they hosted around the world - including in London, New York, and Marrakesh.

In the last few weeks since the first

article about me, I’ve received lots of questions from young journalists about coping with abuse online. This is one of the worst. But all you can do is keep investigating and uncovering new stories.
I will be requesting payment from The Mail on Sunday for using my photo without consent and without offering a right of reply before publication, which I intend to donate to support families disproportionately affected by coronavirus:
NEW: Sir
@Keir_Starmer
has told

he regrets his use of language in calling the Black Lives Matter movement a “moment” and has apologised for his words. Clarifying his position, he said he meant this was a “defining moment” and a turning point in race relations.
🚨Excited to say that from October I'll be joining the BBC's UK Investigations team as a correspondent, with the freedom to cover everything and anything. Couldn't have imagined a more important time to step up and cover community affairs than during the covid-19 pandemic...1/3
A vigil was held in memory of Belly Mujinga this morning. This is from her daughter Ingrid, who is now 12. Ms Mujinga’s family has given me permission to share her card 🥺
One year on from Belly Mujinga’s death, her family’s lawyers say they’ve been unable to launch a private prosecution for harassment and assault against the man involved in the concourse incident as BTP won’t name him 👇🏽

Community Affairs Correspondent -- covering the stories of diverse communities and underserved audiences of all ages and backgrounds around the UK
After months of FOIs and interviews, I've revealed the large ethnicity pay gap in academia. Catch my analysis across TV and Radio today. If you've been affected by any of the issues raised, please get in touch.
I started my job in April, a week into lockdown during a pandemic that was found to have disproportionately affected black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, which is part of my brief. I have never breached impartiality guidelines in my role or since I became a journalist.

for your insight article, in which you misattributed a pull-quote to me and initially failed to make reference to the fact I was a student at the time, the majority of whom had been nervous about being in debt and the high cost of tuition fees.

Super happy to be shortlisted for “New Journalist of the Year” alongside so many brilliant reporters. It’s been a challenging year and am grateful for the support I’ve received from my editors and colleagues. Congrats to everyone on the list 🥳✨
Disheartening getting messages from younger journos worried about the abuse they receive online for writing news or features related to race. People shouldn’t feel intimidated. For many black journos starting out, it’s usually the only beat they’re commissioned to write about.
Boseman said Black Panther changed what it means to be "young, gifted and black". I watched it three times the week it came out, taken aback each time by the power of representation. I’d never been in a cinema with so many kids and adults, all awed into silence.

BTP says it’s considering the “safety” and “security” of the 57-year-old man, who was not charged because of insufficient evidence, and cited data protection concerns. Ms Mujinga’s lawyers say there’s an exception for those seeking that info to sue within the civil courts.
On 9 August 1970, 150 protestors marched against police harassment in Notting Hill. This is the story of the Mangrove 9, a group of Black activists who were arrested for leading the protest and who changed British history by taking a stand against racial discrimination.
