Y'all new kids don't know about this era. Our dinky local was like the premier Smash event/stream. 4k-ish viewers every week. Random 5th-7th place finishers were getting recognized on the street. People came from states over just to meet us. Absolutely insane time in Smash.

We wanted to explain some of what happened yesterday. Some of our work-in-progress work slipped into the build causing a lot of issues. Some of our global hurt/hit box changes got pulled in accidentally as well as in-progress ammo cooldown system.

Melee will never be PM, and PM will never be Melee. They both have their benefits. PM has RAR, AGT, B-rfeverse, and a bunch of interesting characters. Melee has Slippi and a hard time dashing backwards. So yea both games have their benefits!

Any chance we can get some coverage from like @Kotaku or @LauncherWP ? its kinda insane Nintendo is really still out here shutting down tournaments 2 weeks before theyre slated to take place. Entrant numbers had this as the largest P+ tournament every I'm pretty sure.

For those who remember the good ol PM/VGBC days... sad to let you know that PM @ Xanadu appears to be finally dead. Bracket hasn't run for the past month or so. We kept it going as long as we could after everything ran off a cliff. All things considered, 3.5 years aint half bad.
