The Privy Council is to hand down its ruling in Cayman's same sex marriage case on 14 March. The case, filed by Chantelle Day and her partner, challenges the constitutionality of Cayman's Marriage law. A ruling on a similar challenge filed in Bermuda is also being delivered then.

No new cases of COVID-19 have been detected. In a brief statement a short while ago @CMOcayman Dr. John Lee reported that 461 COVID-19 tests were carried out since Friday’s press conference all of which did not detect SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Health City Cayman Islands says it has commenced its first phase of reopening. It started yesterday at 12pm. It entailed the reopening of Emergency Services only by referral from other local health care facilities. All other services will remain closed during the initial phase.
